Terms of Use Agreement for the Datavolo Flow Generator service
Thank you for using Datavolo’s Flow Generator service (also referred to in this document as “the FlowGen service” or “the service”)!
We invite you to use the service, but please note that your invitation is subject to your agreement with these Terms of Use. This document describes in detail your rights and our rights relating to the provision of the Datavolo FlowGen Service, so please review these Terms carefully.
By using our service, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in our business, changes in payment methods, changes in technology, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system. Such modification shall be effective upon our posting of the revised Terms on our website. You agree to be bound by any changes to these Terms when you use our service after any such modification is posted on our website.
User content
The content you post on the service
Datavolo community users may post, upload, or otherwise contribute content to the Datavolo Flow Gen service (“User Content”). For the avoidance of doubt, “User Content” includes all information, materials and other content that is added, created, uploaded, submitted, distributed, or posted to the Datavolo Flow Gen Service by users.
Datavolo’s use of User Content
Datavolo will retain all User Content, including queries and responses to the Datavolo FlowGen service to help improve Datavolo’s models and functionality over time. In particular, Datavolo retains all rights to use submitted prompts and responses for training models, as well as for any other use to improve Datavolo’s products and services.
You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post
You promise that, with respect to any User Content you post on our service, (1) you own or have the right to post such User Content; (2) such User Content, or its use by Datavolo pursuant to the license granted below, does not: (i) violate these Terms, applicable law, or the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; or (ii) such User Content does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of you or your User Content by Datavolo or any individual or entity without the prior express written consent from Datavolo or such individual or entity.
In posting or sharing User Content or other information on the Datavolo FlowGen service, please keep in mind that content and other information will be publicly accessible, and may be used and re-shared by others on the service and across the web, so please use caution in posting or sharing on the service, and be mindful of your account settings. Datavolo is not responsible for what you or others post or share on the service
Service Responses
All service responses are provided only for your personal use for non-commercial purposes, without any additional rights. The service responses are provided “as is”, “as available”, and with “all faults”, and we disclaim any warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. The responses may be inappropriate for your particular circumstances.
Users assume all risks related to use of the service, including someone else’s reliance on its accuracy, or claims relating to intellectual property or other legal rights. You agree that you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Datavolo for all claims resulting from User Content you post or share through the Datavolo service.
